Pamela Anderson was almost attacked on a plane after someone mistook her for a member of The Chicks.
The Baywatch alum recently appeared on iHeartRadio's Happy Sad Confused podcast with Josh Horowitz and detailed a horrific incident in which she was nearly killed on a plane after being mistaken for The Chicks' Natalie Maines.
"This one time, I was on a flight and this guy came up to me and said, ‘Do you know what this country’s done for you? And I was like, ‘Oh, my God. What have I done?’ I was like, ‘Oh god.’ I looked back and he was [angry]. Then this stewardess had to handcuff him to the chair because he was trying to attack me."
Anderson went on to reveal that she was almost killed and that the experience made her a little scared to fly.
"Ended up he thought I was a Dixie Chick. Remember that whole Dixie Chick thing? I almost got killed on a plane. I was scared to fly after that, a little bit."
The "Dixie Chick thing" to which The Last Showgirl actress was referring is the controversy that surrounded the group in 2003 after Maines made a comment about former President George W. Bush during the Iraq War, per US Weekly.
